About Me
With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector in Minneapolis/St. Paul, I specialize in nonprofit management, fundraising, and communications. Most recently, I served as the Executive Director of Dakota Woodlands, a shelter for homeless families. Prior to that, I held leadership roles as the Development & Communications Director at the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, Angel Foundation, and Emerge Community Development. My background also includes fundraising and communications positions at the Animal Humane Society and Episcopal Community Services.

I hold a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Management from Hamline University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of St. Thomas. Additionally, I have earned the Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential and am an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. My commitment to community service extends to board leadership, having served on the boards of the Minnesota Valley Humane Society, Leech Lake Legacy, and the School of Environmental Studies Education Foundation.
